Nelson has a huge variety of trails with the Codgers, Sharlands, Fringed Hill and 629 ride areas being just the main spots it can all be a bit overwhelming. While Trailforks* is an amazing app, it doesn't tell what trails will suit your riding style, ability or how to string them together. Or maybe you're just old school and don't use phone apps? - As an instructor and guide, it is important for me to know trails very well. Having coached up and down almost all of the trails in the area my knowledge is more intimate than many of the lifetime-locals and so I can really help put the perfect ride together.
- I carry tools and can help with most mechanicals as well as carrying a first aid kit should the worst happen.
- I can offer tips and tricks on the trail to improve your riding - a little on-the-spot-coaching.
